| it is a binary spell, but has nothing to do with the chance to miss=hit rate.
if you have 99% to hit your spells will hit 99% of the time. if less then less.
(checked that with recount as accurate as it might be)

| i had 1100 spell damage whn i was arcane frost, but now ive gone deep frost again it has come down, and starting to swop out them gems, im going to keep my 164 hit rating, or as near as, and i am getting the blessings deck together for the darkmoon card of crusade, so thanx for all your advice
